WHO AM I IN A TEAM?
I have always questioned myself of what kind of role I would naturally take in a team. I am very people oriented and firmly believe that work ethics and work environment strongly impact the end result of a product. I frequently use my organizational skills and want to make sure that everyone in my team is on the same page. This has naturally propelled me in taking on smaller leadership roles, in task-forces or other team set-ups. I thrive by taking on responsibilities and will never shy away from it.

February 2023 - August 2024
Technical Game Designer, Pieces Interactive AB
I decided to take a jump of faith where I left Blunt Damage and Piktiv AB to learn more about game development as a technical designer. With my role I was mainly responsible for working with designing and implementing gameplay features based on requirements from the product shareholders. My main areas of responsibility included contextual traversals, puzzles and its mechanics as well as anomalies. However, I've been working with a lot of other things as well, due to my technical competence.

Sadly, Pieces Interactive AB shut down its operations in August 2024.
Mars 2021 - February 2023
Game Development Consultant, Piktiv AB
While running my own studio, I also joined Piktiv AB as a game development consultant. During my time there I got to convert Goat Simulator Mobile from Unreal Engine 3 to Unreal Engine 4 and design a new game for a client based on certain requirements. I was mainly responsible for design-elements such as controllers and the player experience. I worked with blueprints and converting Unreal Script to Unreal C++ code.​

Later I was tasked to reinforce the technical design team at Pieces Interactive AB, where I got to work as a technical game designer on the game Alone in the Dark from November 2021 until I quit from Piktiv AB in February 2023.
CEO & Game Designer, Blunt Damage Studios AB
August 2019 - February 2023
I was elected to become the CEO and Project manager for our start-up Blunt Damage Studios. I was responsible for making sure the company met its goals and take care of everything administrative. This has included pitching/talking to investors, coordinating actions to take as a company based on feedback. I've also been included in a lot of design work

These positions were given to me during our ten week project. This was renewed later when we started the next project within Lemon Curd Games. My main responsibilities was taking care of the communication structure and synchronization between disciplines as well as acting spokesman for the group, in addition to designing the games.

I've recently gotten a Bachelor's degree in IT with focus on game design. During my time within the program I've gotten deeper knowledge in general game design as well as researching games and systems. This includes barebone game systems, what makes a game intriguing and how to test and define user experience.

I've attended programming courses full-time during two years. This program has given me deeper knowledge in software engineering and programming. The courses include parallel processing, systems design, networking, game development, algorithm complexity and more. After two years I was offered a placement in the Game Design program, which I decided to take.

I've gotten my Secondary Degree in technology. This has included knowledge in programming, electronics, higher level physics and math, as well as chemistry.
